  • Citizens Information  Service

The Citizens information Board phone service provides easy access to information and advice by telephone and e-mail.

The service has a full range of information on rights and entitlements and on state and other social services.

You should be aware that since 2014 a Bereavement Grant is no longer available.

We recommend that you contact your local Health Centre, or nearest Citizens Information Centre to obtain up to date information on what you may be entitled to.
