Over the last few years , families donations and various fundraising events held by a number of families and by the committee of AdVIC has almost match our state funding.

Here are some events held over the last few years. We thank everyone for all their effort, for their attendance to our social evenings and for their donations and prizes towards the raffles. It is greatly appreciated by all involved in AdVIC.

Moynihan Family

Many thanks to the Moynihan family for organising every year since 2013 the Adrian Moynihan Golf Tournament in Cork. This year they even braved the winter weather to do a fundraising by taking part in the Cork Christmas morning swim.

Winnie Fox Baking For AdVIC

A big gourmet thank you to Winnie Fox for baking all those cakes for AdVIC over the years, not only are they so DELICIOUS, they are a great way of fundraising and always prove so popular.

Nolan Family

Many Members of the Nolan Family have supported AdVIC in many ways over the years. A big thank you for all your effort and help.

Sharon Mitchell

Thank you to Sharon Mitchell and family for all their help over the years and who have been organising many fundraising events for AdVIC since 2013.

Brook Singers

A big thank you to the Brook Singers who have supported AdVIC to so many events from singing carols in Steven Green shopping centre for the last 3 years, to performing in Waterford, and singing to our quizzes and social events. You are always a great success.

The Greene Family and Friends

Thank you to Aidan Green, his family and friends for organising the David Greene Memorial Golf Cup in September 2014 and 2015.

Young Family

In March 2015, the Young family donated to AdVIC following the Alan Young Memorial Football tournament The Young family have been a great supporter of AdVIC since 2010.

Guinee Family

A big thank you to the Guinee Family for their continuous yearly donation over many years, and for great ideas, like this memorial 10th Anniversary candle, which was a great success.

John O’Keefe

Last, but not least to the AdVIC star fundraiser John O’Keeffe who has organised and contributed in so many ways ( MC, Singer to name only two) to numerous AdVIC fundraising events over so many long years.
